Our beers are full-flavored, “sessionable” beers built on balance and drinkability. Our beers are as fresh as possible; they go directly from the fermenter into our serving tanks for tapping.
We source all our base malts (and as much specialty malt as possible) from Two Track Malting in North Dakota — several of our beers are mashed with nothing but North Dakota malt. Our hops come from the family-owned Puterbaugh Farm in the Yakima Valley of Washington State, and from the farmer owned and sustainably-grown hop yards of the of Michigan Hop Alliance.
We also repurpose all our spent grain with a local hog farmer and a goat herder in the Custer area.
