Reptile Gardens, Rapid City

Reptile Gardens is the world’s largest reptile zoo and provides an adventure for the whole family! Visit Rattlesnake Gulch, Maniac the Giant Crocodile, Prairie Dog Town, the Sky Dome, and Methuselah’s Playground. Snake, alligator, and exotic bird shows are offered.

Prepare to spend 1-3 hours.

Tips: Admission prices change depending on season. It is cheapest in the winter and most expensive in the summer. Summer rates are $17.50 for adults, $15.50 for seniors, $11.50 for children 5-12, and free for children 4 and under.

Storybook Island, Rapid City

Storybook Island is a park with fairytale character playsets, live entertainment, and playground equipment. There is a bounce house, train rides, and a carousel for an extra cost. Visit Storybook Island for your children to see their favorite fairytale characters come to life!

Ticketed attractions cost $2 and include the bounce house, train rides, and the carousel.

Mostly Chocolates, Rapid City
